Personal advertising illustration project created as a concept for Melissa, the brand of plastic shoes from Brazil. The illustration was all made by hand, using the technique of paper cutting, collage and gouache.

I used the retro style of the sneaker as a base concept, bringing support elements such as the vinyl record, the cassette tape, and the mirror ball.

In addition, the illustration explores the "sweet" side of Melissa, using pastel colors, as well as lollipops and ice cream. Everything together results in an image that conveys fun, femininity, style and nostalgia.
